So where can we find the detailed guide on Homestead which is meant to be available before launch

    typically they annoucnce when patches start for each on sundays.
    the patches typically start at 4am monday morning eastern us time but it has been known to vary.

    No one can give you the time of completion until it happens.

    i am not sure what guide you are refrerring to. there are several such things on the web (eso-fashion is one, one at eso wiki) that may or may not meet your comprehensive status.

    patch notes usually go live right before completion of the updates.
