The invasion of Tamriel by Akaviri hunting dragons was made up either entirely or primarily of Tsaesci. This invasion force was the force that submitted to Reman I and formed the Akaviri Dragonguard (at least initially - I highly doubt that Tsaesci remained the majority of the Akaviri Dragonguard throughout the rule of the Reman emperors, but I've never seen any evidence to say for sure either way).

That's really interesting. Could you lead me to some sources covering that?
I'm not sure if there are sources that explicitly call the Akaviri of that invasion Tsaesci, but there are sources that explicitly call the Akaviri of the Akaviri Potentate Tsaesci (both by name and by description), and that explicitly say that those Akaviri are descended from the Akaviri who submitted to Reman I. Yes there were dragons.

The vast majority of them are dead during this time.

No dragons, please. Maybe, maybe, maybe one single dragon as a trial boss.
If you quote someone, and intend for them to see what you have said, be sure to Mention them with @[insert name].

If... if we ever see... probably just one dragon. It wont be until we visit western Skyrim/ the Reach. Because that is where skyhaven temple is, which I don't expect it to be lost yet, probably still contains dragongaurd/blades. Who's job is to still be dragonslayers even if most of them are dead. Probably see thier order in decline, having mostly been successful.

We might not actually see it for many many years, perhaps ESO will choose to predodically use expansions to jump forward in time. Until we finally get to see Tiber septium (as a young general, solider?) and the successful invasion of the reach. Probably the reminants of the dragongaurd in the skyhaven temple help him repel the reachmen and gain his trust as his personal gaurd.

At this time, dragons are supposedly extinct.

Some are around, true, but they are playing hide and seek, and winning. Winning so much they will remain creatures of myth and legend for the next thousand years or so... until the events of TES:Skyrim of course.
Sure, every century or so there are rumors of a dragon sighting... which is pretty much the Tamriel-ic equivalent of UFO sightings. Noone takes them seriously...

But we got Molag Bals cheap knockoff copies, the daedric titans...

Yes, there have been dragon sightings in 2nd Era, but they were slain or disappeared over 300 years before the ESO time line.
The next one wont be seen for 400 years when Tiber Septim comes along.
    Last dragons seen/ documented:
    Grahkrindrog - Slain in 2E 184
    Krahjotdaan - Slain in 1E 2871
Mirmulnir - Last sighted in the Reach in 2E 212.
(Source: Atlas of Dragons, 2E 373 by Brother Mathnan )

But please, no. No dragons in ESO. We have titans. Thats good enough.

Its very unlikely that we're gonna see dragons even though there's a handful of them exist in secluded places of Tamriel.
What we can see however are Jills. Powerful spirits just like dragons and they even choose to appear in the form of a female dragon.
So far they've only showed up during Dragonbreaks to restore the time. For that theyre also known as Minute-menders.

The relationship between the 2 languages is unknown. The Dragonlings from Daggerfall aren't dragons at all.

And although there is mention of Nulfaga owning a dragon familiar called Skakmat, the only dragon you get to see in Daggerfall is the Daedric Prince Peryite

There may be others, but 3 of those 4 are known to live:

    - Paarthurnax lives on top of Throat of the World
    - Mirmulnir appears in Skyrim
    - Nahfahlaar appears in Redguard with an Imperialized name: Nafaalilargus

actually, the misconception that dragons are gone from the first era up until skyrim is entirely false; it comes down to the fact that just because what may as well be the hillbilly backwater nords in Skryim say there hasn't been any, doesn't mean there isn't.for example, in TES: Redguard, you meet what is essentially Tiber Septim's pet dragon, the game taking place in the third era

that doesn't mean i want dragons though

got damn i'm so sick of dragons, just keep making cool new creatures pls zos stop listening to these people that just want to be spoonfed the same stuff they've seen before (looking at you morrowind)

No it's not, the Dragonlings in Daggerfall aren't Dragons either, they are a completely different creature despite having a similar name,

For all we know there may always be dragons around on Akavir, which lays east of Tamriel.
I actually have reason to suspect that they are a completely different species who share the name "Dragon" and people have just been mixing them up and getting confused, the word Dragon may simply mean giant flying lizard which both the Dragons in Skyrim and the type of Dragon you will see in the picture below could identify as, ever noticed how Peritye is said to be depicted as a dragon yet every depiction of him shows him with a serpent like body and 4 legs with his wings on the back not attached to his arms and nothing like the Dragons in Skyrim?

    http://static3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20111215171809/elderscrolls2/de/images/5/5c/Peryite.jpg

That there is Periyte from both Oblviion and Daggerfall, I believe "these" 4 legged Dragons which Periyte takes the form of are the "Akaviri" Dragons, the design had to have come from somewhere so why not there? I simply cannot for the life of me picture the Nordic god of Destruction fleeing in terror considering that he is pretty much invulnerable unless under the effects of Dragonrend and it isn't like they were even capable of using said shout as it was invented by the Nordic Tongues.

Seeing as Paarthurnax, that we know of, was alive during the first era and as well as in the fourth it's safe to say he was alive during ESO which is played out in the middle? No?

Now I could support him making an appearance to fling you back in time for a quest or such ^^
