Best way to level Wood Elf skill?

Hi everyone. My wood elf is level 20 and my wood elf skill is also twenty. I have no idea what activity actually levels it up though. I'd like to get to twenty five quickly so I can take a skill in Stealthy. Sneaking past *** is a big part of my character and play style.
Is there something I can do to level it up quicker, or does it simply go up with your character level?

✭They are one in the same get training armor assuming you are a stamina player five medium training armor and one heavy usually chest and one light belt all training I level dual wield as the first weapon and bow as the second weapon since steel tornado and volley and acid spray allows you to grind and farm Xp to level fast and efficiently. ✭✭You can also improve the ledgeman skill line that gives you improved sneaking passives. You level it up by stealing and selling what you steal at the thieves refuges.... and it also makes you a ton of gold easily.
Becoming a vampire gives you the "dark stalker" passive allowing you sneak at full speed.0 -

when you hit character level 50 you will hit racial level 50. no shortcuts
