I'm currently living in Romania, and can't for the life of me find the boxed collector's edition of the Morrowind expac anywhere. The only version of the game I've even found on Amazon.co.uk (I'm from Wales, have an account with .uk, and can still use it) are only the base expansion, and even that was after two days of it not being on there at all.

If anyone could point me to a place, preferably online, where I can get my hands on dat artbook, and hopefully everything else, that'd be great.

Before I chew my own arms off worrying that I won't be able to get it.

EDIT: @ZOS please just put it on Amazon, for the love of every god.

To summarise:
  • For UK players, the boxed CE is exclusive to GAME
  • For European players, it's available for pre-order from the German Amazon (amazon.de), though the art book is in German
    - Currently only Xbone and PS4; PC version is currently unavailable
  • It's available for pre-order from the American Amazon (amazon.com), though it will cost approximately $60 extra for taxes and shipping to Europe/Russia
    - UPDATE: it's approximately $60 for priority shipping; should you decide it's worth waiting 9-14 business days, you could go with the cheaper shipping option, which is approximately $34
  • Dutch players can pre-order it from bol.com, though I've never used the site personally and I'm not sure what language the artbook is in
    - UPDATE the art book is apparently in English. Go nuts.
  • Gamestop is unlikely to have any copies of the physical collectors edition in Scandinavian countries

    If you are able to buy from the UK then the collectors edition is (unfortunately) exclusive to Game. (Not sure if commercial links are allowed, but Im guessing you know the company if you are from Wales. :) )

    Romania is a full functional european country, so you can take it even from the german amazon without restrictions.
    This at least is what I'm going to do since ZOS hate Italy...

    Me and a large group of Scandinavian players are desperately looking for a way to purchase this edition. Unfortunately Game doesn't ship internationally due to the size of the collectors edition.

    I have Prime savings discount and 22$ for delivery so it's 102$ for me in total.

    AFAIR You can get prime discount when you have newly created acc in Amazon. (20%)

    Until they fix the product dimensions and weight on Amazon, it's hard to compare shipping rates with third-party drop shippers.

    It can't be 4.8 ounces because Game says "As this product surpasses the 1000g weight limit for international shipping." 1000 grams is 2.2 pounds. We're probably looking in the range of 6 to 9 pounds packed.

    I got mine over the counter from gamestop here in Ireland. Not sure if its on the website though, might be worth a try.

    This is a complete shot in the dark, @captainwolfos, but Zavvi has what I think is the standard edition for sale. It might be worth contacting them to see if they can get hold of the Collector's Edition. If so, they ship to Romania.

    Far better if it was available on Amazon.co.uk of course.

    If it's not a rude question, if all else fails, why don't you order it from Game and get it sent to your sister (or any other relative/friend in the UK), and get her to send it on to you? If you don't trust her with the money side of things at the post office, all she has to do is weigh and measure the box when it arrives and you can talk her through printing out a Royal Mail prepaid label. She then just needs to stick the label to the box and pop down to the Post Office with it.

    It's not a rude question, and the answer is simple: because she's thoroughly unreliable. She's been asked in the past to send things to us, fully paid for in advance, and she simply hasn't done it, even months later.

    So realistically, trying that is probably not an option.
