[Bug] Mages guild skill - Might of the Guild doesn't work, never works! R U kidding me, ZOS?

Tested Mages guild skill - Might of the Guild in my Magicka Templar several times. The skill could give Empower buff, but it didn't increase any dps number. I tried Sweep and Jesus beam. No dps increase at all!

Zach2322✭✭✭Are you activating any mage's guild abilities? If not, then you have found the problem. The passive only procs off of mage's guild ability being used.0 -

I absolutely activated a mages guild skill, and I saw I got the empower buff, but no dps increase.0
