ESO Morrowind Collector Edition question

So, I have been trying to decide which version of the game to get 
Currently I aim for the Collectors Edition to get the awesome Colossus Statue, but I'd also like to get all the ingame goodies This text though, "Created for the ultimate fan of the acclaimed series, The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind Collector's Edition includes the Discovery Pack, all premium edition digital content, and truly unique collectibles." leads me to think that if I buy the Collectors Edition, I also get the ingame stuff like the bear, the mount and so on? Can anyone confirm whether this is true or not?
