Eyes of Mara set doesn't interact with restoration staff ultimate

The 5 piece bonus from the eyes of Mara crafted set does not reduce the restoration staff ultimate. If this is intended the set should at least be changed to "reduce magicka costs of restoration abilities by 12%"

lol why would they put allow it to be coupled with the akaviri set which would allow some builds almost 50% reduction on that ultimate.

That is why in my post I included that the tool tip should be changed if that is not intended. Just "abilities" includes ultimate. for example the alteration mastery set reduces all abilities (ultimate too) by 8%. Pairing eyes of Mara and akavari wouldn't result in anything too strong. Reduce ultimate by 10 to lose out on important healer stats and passives like max magicka, spell damage/crit and of course spell power cure and/or worm. Regardless; the point is to fix the set to be ACCURATE despite which route it goes.
