Canadian (and other) Players Pre-Purchasing

Has anyone been able to find the physical collectors edition for sale on Amazon or any other online retailer? I've been watching since yesterday and the regular edition came out on Amazon finally but still no option for physical CE. Has there been any news on this that I have missed?

I don't know about the rest of the world, but I know in Australia EB Games has them for pre-order already.

Canadian here - bought the CE Edition on Amazon.com yesterday. As usual, Amazon.ca is useless and won't be selling it, so if you're looking for it you'll either have to buy it from Bethesda or Amazon.com.

Amazon.com told me they wouldnt be able to ship it to me bc Canadian...wtf.
