Whats the best TANK PET Build?

If I am wearing Heavy Armor and I am a mag sorc what would be a good TANK PET BUILD? Where would I put my Campion Points at? My attribute points?

Is this build even possible?

I am no expert on builds. It seems like it would be possible. I think with the right gear. Ice staff for taunt. Heavy armor and shields. I tend to draw agro without meaning to on my pet sorc. You would likely get kicked from groups though. People tend to hate on pets and sorcs being anything but dps. Everyone wants cookie cutter meta builds.

A sorc can make an excellent off-tank in certain environments like trials...or horrible ones if they tried to main-tank bosses like the warrior/rakkhat or attempted to do AA-HM with a team with less then ~320k team dps. That being said none of what I described is possible with a pet build. If you were interested in doing (and stopping at) pledges then any class can do any role, including a fringe build like a sorc tank pet build. Just keep in mind that as a main tank you wont ever be optimized nor will you be the best at the role.

To outfit for a tank build in environments that teams run without a tank if they are good enough I would honestly just choose whatever you feel like playing with, just check certain blocks such as reaching max mit (or near it) with gear and having enough magicka regen to keep up shield spams for those moments you wish you had magma shell.
