It is not clear to me. What does it mean?
We know, Warden race have a brown bear ultimate. If I buy collector edition, Will I have an extra animal compation in fight? = 2 bear.
Or the brown bear ultimate will exchange to the grey?
Or 2 bear but only 1 can use at one?

Indeed. This was my guess also.
The Warden may have the option to buy different pets from the crownstore. So instead of a bear, maybe a tiger or spider can be summoned.
Maybe even more different daedra for Sorc, like a Daedroth.٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶

I'd much prefer it to be that people with the collectors edition can choose between a grey bear or a brown bear, and I assume that's how it works, but given the confusion over other aspects of this release I'm going to wait until I know for sure.

So, if you get the collectors edition, do you get to convert your character to warden? Every day I see a veteran rank player with pimped out gear conjuring bears, and I want to stop being a crappy dragon knight without having to start all over... I only have one character, who I have played with since the time that eso came out, and I do not wish to abandon him for another.0 -
I mean, I would pay good money for a class change token, and I'm sure that there are multiple other players who would want it as well.1
