Hell no . I will never fall to preorder hype ever again . Made that mistake at launch . I'm in no hurry to spend more money after finding out my subscription is not going to cover access to this DLC . I don't care what word ZoS or anyone else comes up with to rename this DLC . For me it's DLC not a brand new game . I will wait and see how ZoS treats subscribers while I put mine on hold . If they don't make some reasonable change or allow saved crowns then I will stay with the base game . No loss for me . They can have everyone else's money not mine .

Purchased the digital version now.

I would rather guarantee access and codes with no issues via ZOS account/store than gamble with a retailer. I can just pick up the physical stuff on eBay or Amazon clearance again.

Maybe they are a "few" crates split among a "few" buyers?

All I know is that the purchase page says "Crate" and not "Crates". We get "Scrolls", plural, which indicates a basic understanding of singular vs plural on the part of at least one person who wrote up the descriptions on that page.

Also, the news announcement says "A Dwarven Crown Crate" while the scrolls are described as "Two Experience Scrolls". This indicates as basic understanding of numbers and plurals.

I am guessing one Crown Crate.

Edit: For the record, one (1) free Crown Crate is not even enough to get me to open it. Now, if we were talking 10 of them, I might open them. It is not like these things aren't free to hand out like candy. But, stingy is good because I don't have to open the stupid thing.

Typically the digital will stay up until it releases. Basing this on me buying the digital pc version the night before the early release.

Pre-ordered the Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade. Husband has ordered the Physical Collector's Edition. My paper map of Morrowind is coming apart at the folds.

The Physical Collectors Edition is $79.99 on Amazon if you have Prime ($99.99 otherwise). Speaking for myself, the statue, art book and cloth map are worth (relatively) small $20 increase over the digital collectors edition.

It's the same picture as the bundle version, but has Upgrade at the end of the name and is slightly cheaper.

I'm not able to check other formats but I assume it's a similar system: go to wherever you normally go to buy crowns and it should be listed there.
