This game is honestly so unfun to play when at least 50% of the time the game experience isn't even close to optimal. Everyone knows what I'm talking about. Skills not firing after weapon swap, skills glitching out and firing several in a row, general clunkiness, etc.
It isn't always like this, different problems arise at different times but in general the game just isn't running very well most of the time. I really hope ZOS can figure out what is going on with their servers because this is easily the worst game I've played in regards to responsiveness and connection quality.
