The people on Twitch said we'd be able to visit a part of Clockwork City, maybe that gate and colossus hinted at the Grandmaster's and Naryu's accidental discovery of Clockwork City.

Apparently 2 other people are the fact that the trailer was probably completely unrelated to Vivec means that was possibly the part of the clockwork city we'll get to see.0 -

While true, the fact that when asked if Clockwork City would appear in ESO, they were hesitant and said that it could be a future 'possibility'.
