✭They took the word chapters out of motifs and now it's the new term for content that isn't part of ESO+/crown purchases.

ESO+ member will have access to all DLC content, morrowind is esentially an Expansion, not normal DLC

Actually, they don't like the term 'expansion', instead they are treating it like a completely separate game including a completely different intro 'tutorial' for new characters.
