It was up on the main site for preorder until it went down for maintenance.
It includes things such as:
Battlegrounds
Warden Class
Vvardenfall itself

And a ton of preorder bonuses, such as a dwemer crown crate.

    It says the pre-order bonus includes 'a dwarven crown crate'.

    Do you think it means literally just 1?

    My guess is that they somewhat informed the media and the Community Ambassador's (Hence why they asked the CA's to film their reactions.

    Since Dark Brotherhood, my Subscription has gotten me two dungeons and a crafting bag.

    With Homestead, they took something I've been waiting for for 3 years, something I would have thought 100% guaranteed to generate good will, and managed to implement it in a way the generated ill-will from me instead. It's really impressive, actually. I would think you'd actually have to have creating ill-will as the goal to have done it the way they're doing it.

    Morrowind is my favorite game of all time. I'm edge-of-seat excited for Vvardenfell. Now you tell me Vvardenfell won't be covered by my sub?

    I'm seeing a pattern here.

    I really hope you're wrong. I really want to be happy about today's announcement. There's enough awful behavior in the real world. I'd like to avoid awfulness in my recreation.

    None at all. In 40 minutes though, they should stream and all will be cleared

    It would be the only reason i can think of that they would make it an actual expansion. If it is true.

    Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

    Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
    Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
    Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
    Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
    Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
    Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
    Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.

    Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.

    It would be the only reason i can think of that they would make it an actual expansion. If it is true.

    That's my thinking too. As far as I'm aware that's how it works for all other MMOs that have a subscription (optional or mandatory) and also release expansions. That and it seems like the only reason to call it an expansion instead of DLC is if it functions differently in some way. Otherwise it's content you can download and therefore downloadable content.

    But obviously no one knows yet, we'll find out when it's officially announced.

    An expansion is way more than a DLC. There is absolutely no reason ESO Plus should cover a new expansion. I will happily pay for a new expansion.. just show me where to:
