The little announcement thingee on the sign-in page of the game

There's a little blurb about Morrowind, PvP arenas and ianybujg on the announcement thing on the sign-in page before you get to the character select page. I honestly can't recall what was there before but at least the people who don't forum troll or go on reddit or the like will know now.

Seems like a good place all sorts of things could have been posted such as notices about the servers dying for 2 weeks or the like.

I imagine that some people who don't talk to others (and there are plenty in this game we play) are going to be very confused and excited.

Oh I watched the giggle girl twitch stream. I was just commenting on the functionality of that little announcement bit on the sign-in page.

I'm always harping about how someone, somewhere should bother communicating with the playerbase about issues that are affecting many people. Seems like a good place to put some info more than once a year - for instance, announcing an expansion 4 months before it happens isn't exactly timely info. I suspect everyone who plays will have heard about it by then. Or be truly confused when a giant bear Tbags them.
