separate item limit for outdoor indoor houses?

I'm more of a outdoor decorator, and when I'm done outdoors when I go indoors it would be empty inside. Is there plans to make houses have separate item limits for inside and out?

I like this idea. Especially since I have a lot of mounts and if I use them outside I can't put my pets inside.
