[Craglorn] Shattered and Lost Quest Bugged - last step

Hello,
The quest Shattered and Lost just bugged on the final boss. The boss was in the middle of battle, I jumped into help, but didn't get any credit. The person that initiated the fight didn't get credit either. Thinking the quest bugged, I tried relogging, rezoning, and just waiting to see if a spawn would pop. Nothing fixed the issue, so I abandoned to repick up the quest to fight the Lost One. Turns out, it started the ENTIRE quest over from the very beginning. I have the repick up ALL of the celestial stones, find all of the aspects again, and so on.
This is totally ridiculous. I spent HOURS on this quest. First of all, no quest chain should EVER start at the beginning. My entire time playing this game, I have never seen that. Secondly, the quest shouldn't have bugged out in the first place!
I posted a ticket in game, but this should seriously be looked at along with any other chain quests that starts you over at the very beginning.
