Explorers Pack Code not working

Hi All
I have contacted the so called Elder Scrolls customer support and they are telling me that they will not help the miss sold game with the code inside of the DVD case even though they sent them out and that there is no notification of it being a pre release code.

I urge you not to buy this game or to buy further crowns as you will be throwing them away that's your hard earned, you should spend your money on a game will good customer support and backup.

If you want to talk to these people you cant you have to wait 2 to 3 days if your lucky due to the high volumes of people with problems even then they email you back asking if you have still got a problem from the first instance. what time wasters

Please don't buy the game or spend any more money on crowns

    What exactly is the problem with the code?

    Also where did you get it from? Was it inside the box when you bought the game (and was the box still factory sealed?) or did you get it separately?

    The "Explorer" pack is a preorder bonus from launch. Currently the "Adventurer" pack with similar perks is available from the crown store. If you are talking about the Explorer pack, it's possible there are still preorder copies floating around out there, but it's buyer beware if you are buying a valid code from a retailer. Do you mind saying where you bought it from?

    Was the game factory sealed new condition? Are you sure you typed it in correctly?

    Maybe consider the alternatives instead of making a third thread about it.

    I would let the open Customer Service ticket resolve itself before declaring "I urge you not to buy this game ..."

    Yes, it's going to take a few days to resolve. An impatient and unnecessary forum thread (posted in General Discussion instead of the General Help forums) isn't going to speed things up for you.
