Rightful Inheritance PC NA
I kill all the right skeletons and see a side quest for a guy who got his soul taken by the jester. I do it and get out and make a short cut and get to the entrance like the quest has the pointer for... well i am there looken at his mother and the son is up near the top where i jumped or slid down. I go up to him and he wont move. I log off and on to another character and back and he is beside me. GREAT! ...but now the quest wont progress. Just me him and his mother standing at the entrance. Am i missing something?

welp i got it working by going into the banished cells 1 and geting the last book on the map. Hopefully no more hicups.1

Vain✭✭✭Over a year later and this is still an issue. Confirming that relogging does not resolve it, you must go into another cell and force the area to reload in order to trigger the scene which allows you to advance the quest to the next stage.0
