Speech Bubble on lower right of my screen

Whenever I play ESO, there always seems to be a small speech bubble on the lower right side of my screen and I can't get rid of it. I've looked in settings but I have no idea what will get rid of it. The reason I want it gone is because I like to take nice screenshots of the scenery in the game and there is a stupid speech bubble on my screen.

✭It means you have the text chat HUD displayed. Go into options->social->text chat HUD display->off and that should solve your problem.
