Few ideas and suggestions for future updates (PS4)

Before i being, if i posted in a wrong thread please forgive me. I have been a player in eso; since the bata stages (both pc and mac) however, i switched to the ps4 about a year now and i noticed a few features that is in the pc and the console side that i believe can be added in without issues.
1. Real time active effects that is on your character and your opponent (shown by the health bar and not hidden behind the menu screen)
2. use of a external keyboard better (like the text chat from update 11, it would be great to have functions where you can use both your ps4 controller and keyboard )(ex. keyboard can be used for bar swapping and mapping keys like quick slots)
3. Its a long streach but i would like to see Some kind of a modding system like fallout 4

2. I'm unsure truthfully. Least for me. I'm kinda confused. No offense. Is it for just typing?
3. Sadly. I agree and disagree. I disagree because. There is some situations with mods on PC right now. Some will be of no use. Some might make you cheat. "Some say"
I agree. Because we need that mod for buffs. I would also love the guild store pricess to. Among other things that pc have. In mod wise. That is not considered as cheat. Hence I hope someday PS4 will get mods in near future.
Sadly. PS4 mod has limits in mod. Xbox have higher limit for mods. Hopefully it will change in future. Least it what I heard.Formerly Serjustin19, Save for Forum Of Course.... Fiery_Darkness (PC NA) currently.0
