Unable to Use Light/Heavy Attacks and Certain Templar Skills

Hey Y'all! My Templar is unable to use light/heavy basic attacks with all weapons (I tested them all!). I am also unable to use certain skills (Example: Blazing Spear). I have tried the weapon swap, changing out skills, putting all settings back to default, restarted the game dozens of times, reloaded the UI more times than I care to remember, restarting my computer, and deleting mods (via Minion). I've also sent the game report per Customer Service request which apparently didn't give them anything and I've also run the repair tool a couple of times.

This is character specific - I had none of these issues on my Sorcerer.

I have had this character since ESO launched - she's my main and I love doing PvE with her. I'm not really able to do any of that any more. Please help!

Check your controls, something may have changed them, happened to me once when I updated add-ons.

Resetting control settings to default never fixed this for me.

I reset all my controls and nothing changed.

Try resetting the attack controls manually? Sorry if these seem stupid just trying to think of something that could help lol.

Not going to lie - I was rolling my eyes at this suggestion but I was desperate enough to try it. I had to unbind the attack and rebind it but it WORKED! A week of all this and it's FIXED. I owe you a drink!
