So, I am just questing my way around Tamriel and trying to save the world when just beside me appear a few Daedra that need taking care of. No big deal. Then the second wave comes and it includes a Vampire Blizzard Witch with this wicked blue/purple spell that seems to have wheels flying on either side of me after he blasts me with it.
First of all, what is a Vampire Blizzard Witch and where can I get one of my very ownsies??? And second, what the heck kind of a spell was that because I want one of those too! I wish I had thought to get a picture of it, but I was SO stunned! Seriously, how have I never seen one of these before? And why are none of my spells that cool?

✭✭✭✭✭For some reason, Frost magic is crap for players but absolutely the biggest PITA of the elemental types from NPCs.

✭✭✭✭✭Originally, the Warden class was going to include frost elemental abilities, but it was cut early on in the closed betas. Apparently, its summoning tree never worked properly.5

CMFan1966✭✭✭✭✭I seldom ever use frost magic because I've never found it effective. I am a Templar and I like my weapons enchanted with fire. Visually, that was one of the coolest fights I've ever had though.0
