The vendor is one of the two staring areas of your faction . The rings are usually 500,000 AP .

The golden vendor is in Cyrodiil, usually on the Northern gate on DC and EP, not sure which AD gate she is to be found at.

For AD that would be Sej. For DC that'd be the farm en route to Bleakers. For EP that's a tower on the bridge.

Whereas if you mean the starter area, that'd be one of the two Gates in Cyrodiil where you first port in.

Sorry, I had to troll all three factions about where people are always afk and crouched all day.

Has there ever been any gold vendor jewelry from new sets, or has it been all from older sets that were already in the game?

I only recall the older gear: Storm Knight, Knightmare, Viper, Sun, Syrabane, Ice Furnace, etc, and it doesn't seem like any of the new gear has ever been available, such as Spriggan, Netch's Touch, Bone Pirate, etc. The odds of at least one of them should have appeared by now.

While golden jewelry of: Spinner, Spriggan, etc. would be nice, it's honesty not worth the price. Nor any golden jewelry for that matter. The difference between gold and purple jewelry is really minor, and honestly not that noticeable. But, I suppose if you're min-maxing to the most minuscule of details — then perhaps you'd be interested in it.

Aside from the monster sets, I don't recall any jewelry in the new sets. If you click the link in the original post, it has a list of all of the golden vendor offering for PC since the beginning.
