I wonder how many actually bought it.
I do vmol regulary, and always sell the motif for underpriced. Its not that high, I think almost everyone could afford it with gold.
And if someone care about this game and achievements that much, they also know how to get this ingame and prob already have it already. For those who don't care about this game, they won't buy this either.

So basically I'm wondering, did this get any sales at all?

Wow... $60.00 for a motif... Well I'll be... The game only costs what? $49.99? $59.99 for the gold edition? I remember the Black Friday sale on PSN, it was going for $19.99. Sheesh. ZOS is really going for the money. And I thought EA was all about the cash grabs.

Problem is ZoS is EA now, cause I believe one of the main producers of the CM came from Swtor to ZoS and made crown shop possible.

Eso price check, either the iPhone app or the website, tracks Xbox na prices of completed purchases. The web is updated monthly, the app weekly.

To buy the whole motif in the past week cost an average 350k.

I wonder what this release will do to that cost.

Yeah, that motif feels terribly over priced (Most expencive item so far?).
Lucily it drops in game so nobody has the need to buy it, unless they really really really want a motif that cost roughtly 100K in-game gold and has no money or time to play (in which case I wonder what they would do with the motif).

I think that's why drop rates are so low on a lot of these motifs (not the one in question) to encourage the cash sale eventually.

Ultimately the crown store pricing is down to the playerbase, as long as we are buying it, prices will continue to slowly increase.

Are these crown store people reallt that much irrelevant to eso? If you are crafter and eager to get all motifs you already probably pretty much capable of running mol or grind some gold i think you can buy all motif pieces with a farm less than a day huh?

Im really curious to see some stats (which eso never publish) how many people bought it with crowns really?

Imo they are just making crown store items overpriced (elk+motif) so when they try to **** people with crown exclusive houses less people will react. I already see people like "this is eso always overpriced im collecting money and will buy regardless price" or "it should be more than 50k i can pay that and i dont want other people to buy it"

I guess Zo $ will never see that they can make more money with selling more with a reasonable price than selling very few with overprice.

You keep paying there ridiculous prices for this because your logic is I can afford to waste 6k crowns on a motif so ZOS rubs there hands together and say we scammed the same bunch again .. while a lot of ppl start complaining and stop paying these stupid prices till they leave the game and then the upcoming content gets worse and worse because they rely on less ppl making them revenue forcing prices UP... what's next 7k crowns for a mount and the dumb idots just throw money at that because there blind to what they are actually doing.....till the witch ( who you get banned for mentioning ) gets to put another game/game company on her cv she has ruined by money hungry methods!!

The price is not just laughable, it's already ridiculous, if you believe that adding more and more motifs just does not make sense, when you actually can't use them in crafting, because you will lose a former gear set with loads of yellow alloys and waxes or you can't use them on drop sets at all, because their is no "restyle option" in the current game.

Google searching things indicates it was the same person managing SWTOR cash store as is managing crown store now.
