Yup the first day people were selling them in Zone Chat on Console. People wanted them quick without putting in work so people were willing to spend quite a lot on them. I bought mine for 70k because i was lazy with all those quests lol.

No wonder people get rich if there are hidden spots out there with those amounts.. /boggle

I pull about 800-1000 ore, 200-300 raw cloth, and 200-300 raw wood an hour on my farm loop. It's definitely possible.

I also run well fitted jailbreaker and fiord, green stam recovery food, and steed mundus on my farmer. Cover more ground an hour. Farm more nodes an hour.

I have no use for 50 million gold. Not sure why you would want to spend your time farming for gold you will never use, but to each his own. i prefer to kill stuff and complete quests/instances.

Gold is the score, why not get the highest score you can? I am back to broke myself after housing (had 2.5 mil) should not take too long to get back up there. I track all my sales of everything, I don't farm just sell items I pick up while playing. Who would have thought that people would pay 11k for 25 flour, but it happened multiple times.

Actually I see no big secret (and was not expecting it), but what you are saying is you will get millions if you invest a lot of time in grinding or other repetitive activities that most people don't do. That's why the base of the players don't have millions, they don't have the tenacity to grind, or they would rather do something else with their time in game or outside the game.

You do have a good point. If people would do like you say for a week, then they can still make a lot of gold, which might not make one rich in the millions, but will solve a temporary gold problem.

I know players that do all the crafting dailies on 15 chars every day, and even pledges on several chars. For me it is hard to do them even on 2 or 3 chars... It is just boring. If you have lots of alts and play them daily, indeed, you will make lots of gold. But there is no quick fix or big secret to make gold, only ways to be more efficient at grinding or playing the market.

Also your guide implies that you only grind and sell stuff. From my experience, I always spend at least 80% the gold I make from traders or daily quests, because I like to craft things and develop my char. So you can be good at making gold only if this is your only pursuit, or if you don't have any other costly activities, such as crafting or motif knowledge.
