How's the game?

So it's been since October since I played this game and cancelled my ESO+. I began playing Skyrim SE and Pokémon Moon.
My question is...how's the game been improved, if at all, since then?
1. Is the game PvP still proc-based? Where all sets are all proccing some absurd amount of damage?
2. Is there still ridiculous lag?
3. Is the economy still monopolized by guilds who drove up prices for everything by absurd amounts of gold?
4. Is crafting still way too underpowered?
5. Are stamina builds still dominating everything while magicka builds get screwed over constantly?

Dude, you've only been gone like 4 months, updates only drop once every 4 months...

I mean what are you expecting? XD Them to have remade the whole game by now?

5 depends. PvE and group PvP is completely dominated by magicka.

Just a question? Do you play Magicka builds by any chance?

And then get annoyed over being ganked by someone running proc sets?

Honestly I used to play a sorcerer, and when the shields duration got decreased, I was like, "Okay, that's no big deal, just run more Recov."
But when the new sets didn't give magicka a crazy op boost like they did for STamina, the magicka sets proc Physical Damage, I feel we get screwed.

I have 8 toons, and love playing Stamina, but I miss my sorc. I loved trapping people in Prison and Overloading them down.

I understand what you're getting at, but there comes a point when you have to question the state of play when your death recap reads

Jesus Beam isn't much better. I'm *** at PvP, in fact, I'm the guy who allows you to get your 20 NB kills for your daily quest day in, day out, but even I have standards when playing. People can shove their viper and Jesus beams up their ass where the sun don't shine. They're lacking in skill more than I am and that really is saying something.

Yes to all.
Every pvp death recap has some sort of proc effect in it which is weak. I think I'm one of the only ones who uses straight stat sets because I like to do the damage...not viper, velidreth, etc.

Nah, I don't use proc sets either. I went in once with a viper set and cringed when I knew the other person was reading his death recap. Never wore it again. Same with using the Jesus beam. i ventured once into PvP with my Templar, then I realised everyone would know i was a 2 button masher.

Game is unbalanced and the developers have no clue how to fix anything. Cheaters are everywhere. Double mundus, Rakkhat cheese, major evasion you name it, everybody is doing it. Only thing ZOS care about is the gambling boxes it seems. And the upcoming housing is a *** grindfest unless you buy from crown store. TL;Dr don't even bother.
