Sorry, but this is a BS answer. I know you guys have protocols, but we all know how backlogged the support team is and all I have received is constant automated replies since filing the ticket that just try to automatically close the ticket with ZERO help. The problem is still going on, and the game is unplayable for those of us experiencing it. I JUST paid for three months of ESO Plus due to how much I enjoyed the holiday event and now, despite far less server demand since the event ended, I have wasted my time and my money.
