Huge Bug with Sending Gold to other Players and Guild Banks.

So I don't know about anyone else but I've had this ongoing issue with sending and receiving gold from other players and when I attempt to deposit into my Guild's bank. So on June 4th, I had an issue where after the weekly auction that I host for my guild, I attempted to deposit 136,000g into my guild bank, to which the amount was taken from my inventory but did not reflect the change to the amount in the Guild bank, nor was it anywhere in the history (No, it wasn't in another guild, and ZOS did eventually refund the gold to me so I could deposit it once more.) Here is a forum post I made about it. Once again this issue happened to me on June 12th, but a member sent me the gold, and it never was sent to my inbox. This too was resolved by refunding the gold.

Then a similar issue to the one on June 12th happened again in on October 1st, and it too was refunded. Then it happened again with another guild member where he deposited ~50k into the guild bank but it never registered, and he was refunded (this one happened in late December/early January.) Now, today on January 22nd, I have another issue. I deposited 103,600g into my guild bank, despite the amount in the guild bank I consider 103k to be a large enough amount to where it cannot be ignored. It's completely gone. No changes at all to my personal bank, or the four guilds that I belong to. It baffles me that this is still an ongoing issue in the game, and it's extremely stressful when running a trade guild depending on these funds to be in the guild bank, and depending on the guild bank history to be accurate when running raffles and auctions for my members. And if I remember correctly they stated that this issue was fixed a long time ago. What can be done about this?

@Jim_Pipp I'm thinking of starting a third in a few months, after I get the PvP/PvE guild completely stabilised, so you're not too far off. And thanks for the kind words on the post. I'm just completely stunned at how this keeps on happening.

So let me add some more details..

Here is a statement with all of the recorded auction-related deposits for the evening.

Names have been blacked out for privacy, and the 57,000g was raffle tickets, so it's not being counted. The other deposits equal to 1,255,300g.

Now here's a screenshot of the spreadsheet that I maintain for every raffle. Packaged items are alternatively coloured in Khakit and Light green, and the amount each item/package went for is recorded on the left.

At the time of that screenshot, two people had not paid for their items, totalling 1,100g.

Subtract 1,100g from the total of 1,360,000g and you get 1,358,900g.

Subtract the total amount of gold I received (1,358,900g) minus the amount that was deposited (1,255,300g) and you get 103,600g. Which is the exact same number of gold that I deposited into the guild bank, but nothing was recorded, yet the gold was taken from my gold on hand.

I pride myself on being a very meticulous person, and there is no possible way that this 103,600g went missing without some error in the game.

Screenshot the deposit in action next time. I always do it as a habit, this sort of thing helps in ticket situations or for figuring out yourself what you just did.

Just wanted to update, ZOS was able to locate the lost transaction, and has been refunded! Thanks guys!
