had this issue for a for about a week now and still no fix, and I'm sooooooo sick of getting "hope its fixed itself by now, don't call back, ever"
so account is under similar effects of a social ban, I cannot fathom how but it is, apparently ZOS CS cannot fathom how either as they claim its not, nor can they seem to do anything to fix the issue.
I cannot:
-send mail (though I appear to be able to receive it)
-whisper anyone (though I can talk in guild chat)
-access any guild stores on any character anywhere
all ZOS CS says is its my guild masters fault that I cannot access the GUILD BANK! something I never had access to nor complained about in any of my support tickets but they feel that guild permission is solely responsible for all my issues it seems -_- and refuse to actually help solve the issue

Disclaimer, my (this) forum account is tied to a different in game account then the account I am having a problem with.
could really appreciate an actual fix to this as its understandably annoying as **** and CS terse "hope it fixed itself" responses are getting super annoying.
