I got that CL vibe too but more of the ones you see pop up in missed connections where they are like "I need help, a meteor landed on my house, my daughter died from tuberculosis, and my ex set my dog on fire. All I need is $100 to pay all these fees and i can pay you back tomorrow, it's just for today life is completely and totally soul crushing...thank you for your help."
starkerealm wrote: »First: Punctuation and grammar are your friends. Yeah, people can get pretty lax, but the attempt will put your posts well above... whatever that first post was. Skipping out on these will make your post look less intelligent.
Second: Don't beg. It's not going to end well. If you want to know where to find certain items feel free to ask, but these, "GIMMIE STUFF," posts aren't, generally, going to go over well.
Also, you can't use the forums for trading. That's just one of the rules you clicked past while registering your account.

In that case, the first thing you should probably do coming to any forum is sift through the posts for a bit. Get a feel for the overall tone of the community, and try to keep an eye out for things that just don't come up. It's not foolproof, but it will help you avoid faux pas in the future.

You can buy some from a guild trader.

Then play the game and get them. This thread should be locked.

Probably worth noting, your gold income does scale with your level (in actual cash drops off enemies, the value of the stuff you're looting, and in your quest rewards), so farming gold on a CR160+ will be much easier than on a level 20.

Lol no kidding.. the things you listed are super easy to get anyways op.
You don't need the marbles anyways because youre only lvl 20 so any gear you craft is gonna be obsolete fairly quickly. Style shouldn't matter at this point lol.
The ambrosia is a little more understanding.. but still lol.
The exception being stolen items, which is one of the reasons that going around stealing is one of the best ways for low-levels to make quite a decent amount of gold in a relatively short time.starkerealm wrote: »Narvuntien wrote: »Gold is easy enough to farm.

As long as they play it smart with bounties anyway. As in: try to do your stealing at the end of your ESO session so that any bounty you get will degrade while you're offline, try not to get bounties in the first place, and do a good job of staying away/getting away from guards while you're carrying hot goods.
True, but not all low-levels are low level in Legerdemain, and not all max-levels are high level in Legerdemain. It depends a ton on whether someone likes content like Thieves Guild or not , so it kinda scales, but not really to level.starkerealm wrote: »The exception being stolen items, which is one of the reasons that going around stealing is one of the best ways for low-levels to make quite a decent amount of gold in a relatively short time.starkerealm wrote: »Narvuntien wrote: »Gold is easy enough to farm.

That kinda scales now, though. Since thee quality of your drops scales with your Legerdemain skill line.

Also, to a certain extent it doesn't matter that much what your drop rate is for green, blue and purple items is, as the limiting factor is more often how many you can sell to a fence in a day. When the drops are lower for you it will definitely take you longer to hit the fence limit though, unless you're selling white quality stuff too. If you're selling white quality stuff as well as the more valuable ones then your drop rates matter a lot more.
True. If stealing had been in the game when I started playing it would have blown my mind to find out I could make even just the 2K you'd get selling white quality stuff only.starkerealm wrote: »True, but not all low-levels are low level in Legerdemain, and not all max-levels are high level in Legerdemain. This is true. Also, at low level, the white quality stuff still looks like a coup. It's, what, 2k minimum if you hit your limit, at a point in the game when scrounging up 1k is otherwise time consuming.
