Tank Werewolf Set

ESO could use a set for werewolf hybrid tanks. Basically Vampire Lord set, except for stamina werewolves, and in heavy armor. This would also be better than the Savior's Hide set for werewolves that have groups, and aren't worried so much about ultimate costs/generation.

Werewolves not having a taunt has grown on me. It pushes everybody towards a balance between damage and durability.1
