✭✭Ressource gain = base value * base ultimate costs * max ressource
The base value is about 0.0015 for health and 0.00175 for magicka / stamina.
So using Standart of Might when you have 40k magicka and 20k hp would be:
0.00175 * 250 * 40 000 = 17500 magicka
0.0015 * 250 * 20 000 = 7500 hp2
