ZOS - What is wrong with the servers?

Can someone from ZOS kindly step into the forums for just five minutes and tell us what's going on with the servers?
They've been broken for DAYS now...it's time to start talking ZOS.

✭Don't get your hopes up. ZOS will temporarily fix it with maintenance coming up and will keep quiet and pretend like it never happened other than Gina maybe saying something. Then we will get the next update in feb and the cycle will start all over. Long term issues will not get resolved do to lack of money and people canceling subscriptions. Then Bethesda and investors will realize they made a huge mistake in hiring zenimax to design and implement their elder scrolls online game.
I've been playing mmorpgs since meridian and eq1. I've never seen performance like this in other mmos ever! with exception of poor launches that were quickly fixed. This is unacceptable and inexcusable that a aaa mmo would be like this after 2 years after launch. Unbelievable.Legacy of Kain

That's really odd. I wonder where/who they actually get the servers from? Like, which data centre? I know people like blizzard have several across the U.S and indeed the world.Sweetrolls for all!

I've noticed the posts but few people ever put their server or region
That's really odd. I wonder where/who they actually get the servers from? Like, which data centre? I know people like blizzard have several across the U.S and indeed the world.
The US PC server is in Dallas and I believe uses Level3 for hosting. I'll see if I can find it but they posted pics a while back of the actual servers in the data center. I think they were using HP hardware.

If we are lucky they will pop by to continue to claim it is a DDOS. They seem to be hit by the only DDOS which keeps regular hours - it is the same time each day. Hmm
That is weird (is it really the same hours it happens?)...what could do that though?
Some disgruntled employee knocking off for the day and unplugging a few servers for a sec?
Or is it the electricity getting forcibly powered down because we've been dumped onto a low rate plan during offpeak hours?

arena25✭✭✭✭✭Really? I haven't had many problems, other than the occassional slow-to-load things in the city, but then again, most of the cities in ESO have a lot of latency anyway (and there's not much ZOS can do about it).If you can't handle the heat...stay out of the kitchen!0 -
