What are BIS crafted sets for mag sorc DPS?

Hi guys,
a friend of mine is running a mag sorc DPS and asked me to craft him some set gear, I know 8 traits of everything. I know that now mostly dropped sets are better than the crafted ones, but he is too weak, too nooby to farm them. So crafted ones are the way to go for him now.
So which crafted sets would you recommend for a mag sorc DPS?

✭5 Julianos, 3 Magnus/Seducer, 3 Willpower is a very solid setup. You'll be able to do all content in the game with it.1 -

I run with 5 Julianos, 3 Seducer, and 3 Spinner jewelry. Would using Willpower jewelry be a better choice? Is it a small difference or a big one?0 -

3 spinner gives 2k magicka?
3 willpower gives 1.4k magicka and 185 spell damage

✭✭✭yes, but for a noobie player as the friend of mine, willpower jewelry is a no-go to get (too weak to farm it, too little gold to buy it), spinner or necropotence jewelry is much easier to farm (dolmens)0 -
