What's with all the resto staves and sorc builds now?
So I've been gone for a few months and now I'm back and seeing all these magicka sorc builds using a resto staff on their back bar? Am I missing some change after One Tamriel? And some of them don't even use a resto ability on that bar?

For pvp using a resto is mandatory, always has been we need that healing ward.
For PvE is depends what you're doing, trials people go destro/destro, vmsa people tend to use overload on a sorc so run destro/dw0 -

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS1 -

For PvP you can run Conversion/Deal. I use a combination of Rapid Regen, Healing Ward, Dark Conversion and Troll King...
