The "problem" (if such it can be called given the lag and mass DCs for a week now) would be solved if they ever followed through on making weaps. dyeable like they promised 287.3721 years ago.

    I wouldn't hold your breath though. ;)

I'm down for weapon dyes as long as its a limited pallet. I don't want to see bright pink swords, neon green staves, and yellow bows as an example. Some people already work hard to dye their clothes in the most horrendous colors available to stand out in the crowd.

    Can confirm.

I've been holding my breath for these 287.4875 years now.
Doctors say it's bad for my health.

Please ZOS, let me breath again!

Aye, weapon dyeing !!! Not a fan of red in general, so all the red weapons are quite annoying.

Perhaps its not weapon dying thats needed

To me it makes a lot more sense to unlock the material progression and instead use the materials as artwork modifiers.
Then ppl could create and or change weapons to style within a known motif at the crafting stations

I wouldn't even lock the artwork change under any crafting passives

Lols? DO you really believe they would not use the same dye pallete they already use for shields and armor? Your comment makes no sense. We already see full pink armor running around. You lost that fight ages ago. Welcome to ESO 2017.

I was just thinking that, Don't we already have green pink and yellow metals in game right now?

Either dying them or if, for some reason the dye colours are considered worse than the brightly coloured weapons that already exist at least allowing us to apply the look of a lower tier item.

So for example I could make a rubedite sword that looks like a steel sword, or an orichalcum one, or whatever.

you two must have missed the part where I said.. "Some people already work hard to dye their clothes in the most horrendous colors available to stand out in the crowd." - I'm already acknowledging people run around in full pink armor, what I'm saying is that if they add weapon dyes I hope these colors are not included.

I would also love dyes for weapons. Surprised this is not a feature. They could even do it for ESO Plus if they feel particularly greedy.
