Can I use my ESO account in 2 different consoles? Or is it restricted to one console only?

It doesn't, it's connected to your PSN ID, so if you login with the same PSN ID you can download game and continue play the same account, but you cannot share game, it's against both PSN and ESO TOS, which means that you may be banned.Hi
