I don't have the title (Dro m'atra destroyer) and probably never will but just in case i ever get gud i would like it to be still worth something when i finally do get it. It's the only title in the game i truelly have never seen anyone with yet on PS4 EU and it would be a pity if it would become meaningless because of yet another bug.

Take the "cap-closing on keep-wall"- exploit as example. Doing this is bannable (at least for what I´ve heard), if lets say a new player by accident capclose from the ground up on a keepwall, should he/she be banned?? Of course not, but if this player keep doing it over and over again and knowing it´s not allowed then yes this players should be banned. And regarding the Rakkhat exploit, this isn´t something you do by "accident", this exploit is something you´re very aware of while doing.2 -

Take the "cap-closing on keep-wall"- exploit as example. This is the basic explanation I got from a guildie. On Xbox NA, it started off as a way to get the treasure chests in maw for weapon drops. It involved streaking outside the map to certain spots and tricky jumps. Later on, it was figured out you could get to the back wall of rakkhat and kill him on hm. However, this doesn't get you the skin or any other achievements besides the hm kill achiev and the trophy.
If anyone question the glitch, head to the moonmount way shrine in reapers march. There will be a lot of sorcs and bankers out from people who get put there after the exploit.

It's a real exploit. Rakkhat HM becomes a much higher health version of a target dummy, and you get your trophy just like that.
I'm positive ZOS is working on it as fast as they can. With your logic the method would spread across the whole population and cause truly irreversible damage though.
The solution is likely this easy (imo):
1) Add some simple code that kills players who attempt to get near Rakkhat through nonconventional means, or other code to the same effect. If Rakkhat takes damage, he will teleport to the center pad no matter what. If this causes the wall hiding the running area with bent cats to stay intact and makes it impossible to beat the fight for cheaters, then so be it. - remove the exploit
2) Figure out exploiters from real vMoL HM completionists. Not sure how to best go about it. If this exploit first began a few days ago, remove all trophies/titles related to Maw of Lorkhaj since then. If it has been around for awhile, check in-game on the legit players (maybe few hundred across all platforms?), then remove the trophies from cheaters.
3) ZOS should use this as an example that they want to take a firmer stance on exploits. Players than clearly cheated their way in vMoL should be punished as well. Perhaps through a short Temporary Ban, or through restriction to the entire Thieves Guild DLC for 30 days. Something to highly discourage people from abusing these exploits when found for fear of being punished. Heck, they could completely and permanently lock+disable all achievements/rewards related to Maw of Lorkhaj for cheaters, so affected characters can never earn them anymore.
Whatever happens, all I care about is that the exploiters are not able to become vMoL HM completionists or Dromathra Destroyers.

Exploiting a boss and bypassing it's mechanics are clear examples of unintended use of the product. Which is against the TOS. This is exploiting, just like the survey exploit a while back. Making unintended use of a bug or glitch is clearly forbidden by the TOS. I hope that everyone that abuses it gets a big fat permaban.

Zenimax needs to revert all Veteran Maw of Lorkhaj rewards earned within the past 1-2 days. Something needs to be done. I'm not sure I could handle seeing CP300s in Hunding's Rage and Endurance running around with the Dromathra Destroyer title.

No. Asking for proof and an explanation is a way of differentiating between facts and hearsay. As already mentioned in this thread there are different ways of showing proof without exposing how the glitch works which would show that it exists (a screencap of someone with 200CP and a title with their name blanked out would be evidence). Additionally so far in this thread there's been one vague explanation and general discussion which leads me to believe that it's either purely on consoles and/or it only applies to sorcs and so would be pointless for the majority of us.
Most of this thread however has been ridiculously large amount of blindly directed rage and vitriol over something that's still unconfirmed to exist since everyone has only "heard from someone about someone that saw someone". When someone posts evidence of the glitch (see above) then we can collectively descend upon this issue like a swarm of ravenous wombats.The Legendary Nothing4 -

so who cares...i would like to remind everyone that this is a game and should be played for fun and enjoyment...do not in anyway say you have "worked hard" to get anything from playing this

Point 1. My team and me worked 5 months to get the first clear of VMOL hardmode, and we worked hard. Deal with it.
Point 2. People that exploit are scrubs and noobs.

Say Debby pays 4 million gold to get carried. The group invites Debby at Rakkhat. She joins and gets the title/skin, while they do or had already done whatever the exploit is.
What did she do wrong? Now does she get banned, or just lose the achievement? Does support make sure she gets that gold back. After all @ZOS_JessicaFolsom did say paying gold for in game services such as this was fine.

Besides your moral pseudo-superiority, what is your point exactly? Maybe we should add participation medals to the game so that everyone can feel they earned something. Then we can solve this issue immediately, as there is nothing difficult to earn in the game anymore anyways. Then again given your signature I'm sure you would be supporting that idea, so that kinda ruins my sarcastic joke I guess.
Unintended exploits that allow people to clear hard content without any effort should be taken care of. And yes, I do care because I actually had to put effort in earning that title, and apparently now some scrubs can get it by simply exploiting the boss.
