MMO's change. If it all stayed the same people would get really bored. You do know that they would do balance updates even if no one complained about anything? They have their data, they know what is overperforming, underperforming and who is doing what content and how often.

I know. The whining about someone's build being stronger than their own never ends. "WE WANT BALANCE! WE WANT BALANCE!". The whole time ZOS scrambles to "balance" the game by changing abilities on one class or another and then once again it's "WE WANT BALANCE, WE WANT BALANCE!". It never ends.

There will always be a change and everyone turns on the next meta. And uses it. And most players are fools saying that this is only the best and what not. This game is changing ur item sets and trying out new skills if those been updated or not.
