How does someone get dawnbreaker at such a low level?

What fighters guild spots give no exp?

You can get it on lvl 3-4 if you want to be tryhard

Can you really? I mean, everything that award FG XP will also progress you towards leveling. You're lucky to get out of the tutorial below level 4. You can't join (and thus get FG XP) until you've finished the tutorial. So, you can't start advancing it that early. Then you need a couple thousand daedra or undead kills, which should push you to level 8 or 9 minimum.

No. There are several ways to get it.
1. Skip tutorial
2. Take FG skill line
3. Go and find some necromancers that summon Zombies or skeletons.
4. Summoned enemies dont give normal xp but do progress your FG skill line

There is another even better way. But i wont Tell that in Forums

i've gotten db as low as lvl 4 .... but that was before 1T

The same way my lvl 8 templar has meteor.
Seriously though make run through tutorial leave at lvl 2. Go to fighters guild get skill line. Ask for teleport to cold harbor. Kill everything. Xp scales to you so you don't over level.

I leveled an alt toon during the Witches Festival from level 13 to CP Buuuuuuuuuuuut... I didn't join FG first. Now, she's touting the "Enemy of Coldharbour" title at FG rank 2. Stupid! Really Stupid!

Might work Too, but that takes the time of 2 people then and wont be effektive

Mage guild is something different as you dont get xp for level Ing it, except discovery xp.
I think you will be alot higher than lvl 16 if you just kill Zombies for normal xp

I've seen people use pets to level up FG with the intention of dominating on Blackwater Blade (non vet pvp campaign) but I can't even imagine the broken soul someone must have to bother with that.

I know this pain. I don't know why they did not make FG retroactive like MG is. You can collect lore books before you join Mages Guild and they will still count toward the skill line when you do join. But killing undead/deadra does not count toward FG if you have not joined yet. I may be wrong but I think you can level up Undaunted too before actually unlocking the skill line. When you do unlock it at level 45 I always seem to be jumped right up to level 3 or 4 from Public dungeons and dolmens.

prob some wall of zombie spam in one of the craglorn small non-delve instances like skyreach.

Wrong. There is a better Spot without xp
