I can observe the following from watching last part of the video:
He is using 1 piece heavy, seen from the constitution ticks every 4 seconds, giving abit less than 200 stamina and magicka back. This means that if he is using Meridia set, he has 3 jewelry (healthy trait), staff and 1 armor piece.
He has about 1700 stamina recovery.
He has about 2100 magicka recovery.
He has 39,4k magicka
He has 14,4k stamina
Now I haven't tested Meridia set yet to see if it actually looks like a dodge on the recieving end.
But tell me how the above stats are possible??
Lol. The magicka/stamina is from tri food and 5/1/1. It's not difficult. The regen? You're false on those numbers (mainly the magicka). The setup he has been using the most recently (although he does use different setups in the video in each clip AFAIK) is a standard setup 2x undaunted, 5x set and 3x jewellery. His magicka regen is from dark conversion, so he doesn't have 2.1k magicka regen and I'm pretty sure he doesn't have 1.7k stamina regen, but it may be close to that number. So the question is, if he's using dark conversion to sustain magicka, how is he sustaining stam?
It's pretty simple.

I watched the vid at 0.25 speed. Stamina goes up 1686 every 2 seconds in the last fight. Plus constitution passive at 186 every 4 seconds. Since he is most likely using master resto, maelstrom destro, 3 willpower and 5 x unknown set and probably tristat food like you mentioned, how does he reach 1686 stam recovery? And why does he keep dodging with no dodge set bonus and no dodge skill. (when he doesnt dodge roll)
Anyone saying he doesnt cheat is in denial..
Serjustin19 wrote: »Ahh my mistake. Still, he sure is using the hist bark exploit. That alone makes him a cheater.
I'm confused. No offense. Is it not ZOS fault for accidentally making exploit(s) and or glitches and or bringing them back? No offense ZOS. No offense to you to.
Also I am unaware of this so called exploit. No offense again. However what does it do? I thought all armors are created the same way. Well almost. I mean damage and or not.
Also. No I am not wearing hist bark or any crafted armor. However I am wearing phoneix and transmutation set. So I wouldn't know what I am supposed to look for. No offense.
Last but not the least. I believe anyone is innocent until proven guilty. That goes for same way on ESO. However if you or anyone truly believes someone is cheating. Submit it to ZOS on your respective platform(s) for example mine is PS4.
Let ZOS decide if the person who is or is not guilty. (Depends on ZOS honestly, but no one else's) If ZOS deemed the person is guilty. Then let it be so. Sadly. What about those who are unaware of these cheats and exploits. Just like me. It is also extremely unfair others get banned for ZOS mistakes. No offense.
It is ZOS's fault for leaving exploits in the game, it's the player's fault for using them.
This exploit requires an active action from the player who very well knows that he is trying to achieve something unintended by the devs in order to gain an unfair advantage. In this case getting a free 20% dodge chance.
Everyone is innocent, until proven guilty by posting a video of themself using the exploit.
Haven't watched the video, being at work, I dunno if exploit there is. No offense
There's no exploit, I've clearly explained in the thread what's happening in the "suspicious" parts of the video in great detail. He's not exploiting hist bark. I don't even like Faso because of his ties to German, as petty as that may sound, but I've seen the video and it took all of 5 minutes of looking at item sets to figure out what was going on, he's only dodging attacks from 1 target and only in a 5 second window and its ALWAYS triggered by block. When you watch the video the first time it looks weird as hell, but when you watch it and keep in mind the mechanics of the set he's wearing, its totally logical.
People(not you etaniel) really need to stop accusing people of cheating just because they're too dumb to spend 5 minutes looking at a list of sets and figuring out if there's a mechanic in game that creates the effect they believe to be cheating. In this case, its obviously not cheating and everyone on here that accused Faso should be embarrassed and ashamed, this is an absolute joke.
Atleast it´s pretty simple to rule out both meridia and spectres eye as a reason for dodging

Its obviously meridia @Derra
Meridia doesn't proc an effect on your character, it procs on the opponent, if you go back and watch the mageblade that tries to gank him during the 1v1 or the templar who stops to res you can see the swirls around their head, the old sparks animation.
Also, meridia shows dodge on your screen the opponent sees missed
edit: I only came back to this thread because I've got so many salty messages in my inbox because people won't test meridia
In the 7:53 clip, He's wearing 5 meridia (1 armor, 3 jewels, resto), this allows him to wear a 5 piece on his destro bar and still have 2 pirate king. The blocking only procs meridia on a specific bar(this makes the most sense because it allows you to try to pick the target that gets blinded) and the clips in question about his higher stam regen show 0 "suspicious" dodging.
He's obviously wearing different sets in all of the clips, don't try to pigeonhole his regen from 1 clip into the sets he's wearing in another.
Doesn't histbark have a visible effect as well, or is that not how hackusations work in ESO? Then again animations in this game are broken in general.

btw i had meridias on an alt a few months ago and i am 99% sure the screen message is "missed" not "dodged" but wtf do i know after playing sorc since beta, im "too dumb..."
im usually pretty reserved and quiet in game, keeping to myself as I solo play. Im sure there are plenty of cheaters still in game, and I am sure I have died to a few of them. But I am not constantly coming to these forums to rage about it, not sure if Lexxys comment directed at me or not, however when videos are constantly being posted by some of these guys, then yeah I think new players, maybe players looking for help, etc should get a little heads up of the legitimacy.

Histbark does not show anything when you bug it
Edit: Before anyone asks: Yes i have tested it myself. No i don´t use it in pvp. I try to reproduce every bug i hear about and when i can do that reliably i report it alongside how to reproduce it.

I could have believed there was bugs and broken sets they were using that never got fixed, however when I saw them sitting in slaughterfish getting healed back to full health somehow I knew it was CE.
Glad they quit or were banned after shield breaker was introduced.

I'm not trying to imply anything about his skill as a player, just stating the facts. So would someone like to offer a good explaination?
I don't see why anyone would given how other people who knew about it were already talking about it, not to mention PTS patch notes claimed to have fixed it.KisoValley wrote: »HoloYoitsu wrote: »I'm really confused why we are having this "surely he isn't exploiting hist bark" discussion when trying to "sell" the hist bark exploit to people for 300k is literally something that got him temp banned a couple weeks ago.

I thought you were right about Merida until I rewatched it but in the last clip at around 7m 50s he dodged attacks from 2 different players which therefor rules out your theory as it should only blind 1 single player for 5 seconds, unless the set is bugged.
