I need to contact them about a refund for plus. I bought this game on launch, got the membership and all. Game froze, kicked, group chat hardly worked, etc.
I recently started playing again. Seemed like everything is running alright. I decide to get the membership to get access to the dlc and craft bag. Now that I did that and really started to put time into again. The servers lag, the game crashes frequent for most console users, you now fall through objects such as the overhang of keeps, the chats still can't stay connected. I mean really... They want to buff and nerf abilities and add houses when the game can't even function properly on console. The number they have listed is an old number, go figure. This company was good, what happened to them?
