I was so dissappointed with zos when i first see this. I mean 25k for a medium house thats insane. Its like half price of minimum salary in my country. Just for medium house. o.o
There's some housing prices listed in the PTS patch notes but I do not know if that will carry over to live.
I don't think it lists Crown prices.

On PTS, if you buy an unfurnished house and then use the buy option for furniture there are prices shown. They range between 50-400 crowns per item. I spent 5k crowns in 15 minutes, putting down a couple of carpets, a bed, a table, a couple of benches and chairs and some lights. My house still looks extremely... minimalistic.
When a single table or bed or carpet costs 400 crowns I can only imagine what a house will cost...

Indeed. Use a whole salt-lick, because this could change, or even be completely off the mark.AzraelKrieg wrote: »Take this with a ton of salt. Nothing is confirmed yet

As far as individual items...I remember when RIFT introduced dimensions (their version of housing), you could buy individual items from their cash shop as well. My friend and I made a guild hall that included 6 buildings, a trail up a mountain, a sunken ship in the lake, and all sorts of random decorations. We hit the cap on space for items, and we ended up spending a combined $20. The dimension itself cost...I think $5? So $25 total for an unfurnished into furnished housing area. That seemed reasonable to us, and we both worked in fast food at the time, so I figure that's about what ESO will charge.

There has to be some correlation between gold and crowns. 3.8 million gold is leaps and bounds ahead of anything else in this game (other than guild trader spots). I expect the crown price to be equally out of line with what we have seen so far.
My guess is 25k for a manor.
I think you will be able to get a house for 5k crowns, but I don't think it will be a big one.
Nahh you have to look at other mmo cash shops. Housing in swtor, wildstar, and so on. $50 for the best houses. Now furnishing them can be in the several hundreds and with the furniture pricing ESO is going the same way. Cheap house, expensive to make it yours.Oreyn_Bearclaw wrote: »Obviously it's speculation, but I have a feeling that anybody thinking a manor will be in the 5k crown range is going to have kittens when the prices are released.
