Is to reduce the amount of damage of blocking. I know u may hate it but would u rather have that or some useless snare and fear timer cooldown?

U talking about reduce the amount of time of snare and stun? It's just useless u mostly get snared in PVP all the time. Even fear and putting 100 points in iron clad now is just a waste of a sec of fear or stun. And a sec to maybe 3 secs of snare even though u willl get snared again. Repeatable times in PVP. And in PvE it's just a total waste to use cause mobs don't snare much compared to PVP. The snaring on mobs is a lot less time than what us players use like hidden blade.
