While my sorcerer is using a seige weapon in Cyrodiil, while wearing 5 piece of the Lich set, randomly it will begin procc'ing while I am using the seige engine. My magicka bar does not show my bar dipping down, like if a seige was hitting me that reduced my magicka. Is that what's going on and its just displaying funny? What else could be making my Lich set go off while I'm standing still not casting any abilities and just firing seige?
