Malacath/Pariah Heavy Waist Not Displaying On Character Model

I've attached a screenshot demonstrating that Malacath style Heavy Belts don't display on character models... and haven't for a very long time I might add. Doesn't matter whether it's Pariah set or not - I checked. If other people could verify and post here for visibility that'd be super.
