Would it be possible to have more DB sanctuaries around Tamriel rather than just the one in Gold Coast?
You could pick up your dailies there, shadowy supplier could be there too without need of always going to the Gold Coast.
And like thieves troves, they would only be accessible to those who have the DLC/ESO+.
