Best CLASS for an Orc Vampire?

Basically the tittle. For cosmetic and completionist reasons I want to power-level an Orc Vampire during the new-life festival, but I just can't decide what the best build would be for competitive endgame PVE or PVP after they are levelled up.
Please note. Please don't give noob friendly answers like 'play what you like' or 'don't be an orc/vampire' It's good advice, but I've been playing the game since early access on PC, am over the CP cap and have 7 characters (all classes) doing endgame content. I know I'm asking a noob question, but I would like suggestions about what classes and builds may compliment an Orc Vamp because I am getting nowhere.
Ok theory-crafters, over to you.

#1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.

✭✭✭✭✭Stam Sorc . Magic or Stam DK . Vamp gives regen to stam and Magic . I wouldn't do nightblade , the passives for wood elf and Khajiit are better suited for stam min / max Nightblades . Breton better for Magic .Edited by Rohamad_Ali on January 14, 2017 7:41PM5
